Furinkazan* ” Wind, forest, fire and mountain “, is a suite of pieces constituting in music a travel diary in Japan.
The orchestration of this trio gives it an identity between jazz trio and percussion trio.
The music, composed by Ludovic Montet, alternates between very written themes and large improvisation areas. It is meant to be evocative of this fascinating island that is Japan, where a great mystical breath and a striking modernity are mixed.
The three musicians of this trio have used their singular and diverse musical experience to make this album an authentic invitation to travel to the Land of the Rising Sun.

Le Trio Voyageur brings together three very active musicians from the Lille region.
Their experience of jazz and improvised music, but also their knowledge of other repertoires (classical, rock, contemporary, traditional) have been put to good use for this Furinkazan project.
As for le Trio Vert in which Ludovic Montet and Charles Duytschaever already play together, and with the complicity of Stefan Orins here, the commitment of each to the artistic project gives this trio a singular unity, at the service of this original musical proposal.

Furinkazan* « Vent, forêt, feu et montagne », est une suite de pièces constituant en musique un carnet de voyage au Japon.
L’orchestration de ce trio lui confère une identité entre trio de jazz et trio de percussions.
La musique , composée par Ludovic Montet, fait s’alterner des thèmes très écrits et de grandes plages d’improvisation. Elle se veut évocatrice de cette île fascinante qu’est le Japon, où se côtoient un grand souffle mystique et une modernité saisissante.
Les trois musiciens de ce trio ont mis a profit leur expérience musicale singulière et diverse pour faire de cet album une authentique invitation au voyage, du coté du Pays du soleil levant.

Le trio voyageur réunit trois musiciens très actifs de la région Lilloise.
Leur expérience du jazz et de la musique improvisée , mais aussi leur connaissance d’autres répertoires (classique, rock, contemporain, traditionnel) ont été mis à profit pour ce projet Furinkazan.
Comme pour le Trio vert , au sein duquel jouent déjà ensemble Ludovic Montet et Charles Duytschaever, et avec la complicité de Stefan Orins ici, l’engagement de chacun au service du projet artistique donne à ce trio une unité singulière, au service de cette proposition musicale originale.
